Witty-Cisms

Hello Everyone and Welcome,

I had a chance to quickly play with the cute Witty-Cisms stamp set from the 2020 Stampin' Up! Spring Mini catalog. I was a little short on time and only got a few minutes to come up with a card, but I have lots of fun ideas spinning around in my head. I just need a little more time to make them happen. BUT....I wanted to draw some attention to this cute little set because , well, its just cute! LOL

I mean really....just look at that Chinchilla LOL Eeeeek too adorable! So this set has 7 adorable images with matching sentiments so they are lots of occasions to be able to use them. If you are just starting out it's a great set to get you going because you can do a lot with it and the images are easy to add color to.

So with Today's card I just stamped the berry image and added a bit of color using stampin' blends. I cut it out using the Stitched Shapes dies. I then used a new 3D embossing folder called Coastal Weave. You can find it below in the product list or in the mini catalog on page 39. They have it grouped with the tropical set but with the strawberry I thought it would mesh well like a summer basket and strawberry picking.

I just layered it all together and added some sequins from the Painted Poppy Suite with the fine tip glue pen.

Like I said it's super quick but oh so cute! You know I love that.

I would just like to Thank You for stopping by, I have so much fun creating and sharing for you guys. I have a product list posted below in case there's anything you'd like to pick up for this. I work to stamp so I do love being able to bring you inspiration. Your support in shopping with me is so very appreciated. Have an Awesome Day...Happy Stamping....Carol

On an added note....I decided to share with you a quick look at all the images that in this set that I stamped in Memento black ink and then added a touch of color with the different stampin' blends. I just wanted to show you how easy it is to add a touch of color to make these quick and cute cards. Like I mentioned above, it's a great starting out style stamp set to get a lot of bang for your buck.
